thats a bad sander to be using for all that sanding get somthing like this and some sheets of 40 grit and save 80% of your time,

I used some fiberglass resin today on my box. I truly hate that stuff.

Shit's all over my arms and legs and doesn't come off worth a **** without taking some hair and skin with it.

Are you going to run your componet amps at 16v as well or are you running them with the kinetic 600?great build i was at the CN sound tournoment those tits on top where crazy!!!does the sliding door still open?

component amp will be run off a 2400 along with the rest of my car but sub amps are gonna be 16v whichever amps they may be.

with the step down do you get 14v when the van is on or does it drop it to 12v?

That's insane man, I'm not a big SPL guy, but that's pretty impressive.

I was just looking at the coaxes in the door panels though. Do the speakers have a cooling port for the VC on the back? It looks like you set them so they sit flush on the back panel of the pod, did you leave any clearance? Hopefully they don't vibrate. The enclosure looks real good though. I'm not a fan of fur...but hope it turns out well for ya.

got my fabric to finish the doors when i get done fiberglassing !!!! and bought another spiderman blankee to use for fiberglassing hahaha.
