gonna ask around a few autoglass places if they want to partial sponsor me for when the van competes i wont have to worry about spending as much to get new glass //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif of course in the mean time trying to find a way to lower the flex like raising the tuning a bit but keeping it within the music freq range. id like for it to peak around 45hz instead of 39hz.

later tonight after the show there should be some pics and vids posted up after my buddy uploads them all. they had burped the van like 15 times in like 45minutes and played music through it and the subs just got a little warm. so maybe thats a sign to go ahead and buy my 3 more 3000ds. but ill wait till its been bassraced to see how they handle the power for 30 sec.

i definetly think it gets tweaked and the batteries charged to their potiential. off weak batteries it did the 157 so i think with box mods and all that it should do pretty well.

Im thinking about picking up an 88' aerostar. SPL only vehicle. any idea on what it likes to burp at in the upper frequncies? And what was your tuning for that wall?

hmm ya? I had a few other ideas. Dodge caravan 93, 95 GEO metro, or a ford E-150 van

what makes the aerostar a bad SPL vehicle? the dash and windshield?

sloping windshield is a no-no.

yup but expect another beast in the works at the start of the end of the year or beggining of the year depending on when i decide to start.

ill post up another build thread like this one. try to get step by step since thats what people want to see in order to learn instead of before and after pictures.
