dude, i have the stinger battery terminals with the digital display and they dont tighten either....for the past month everytime i drive my car it shakes the terminal loose. so after i turn my car off i have to pop the hood and push the terminal down on the post before i can start my car again.

Have you emailed us? Do you have an order number? I've searched the 3-5th of january and no orders soley spade terminals on our site going to FL, one order to NV.

This is what I mean, if your leaving phone messages without information, we cant help. I've not gotten any email about missing spade terminals...

okay first of all i cant find those terminals anywhere. What you just said makes me think that because the price was so little you just dont give a shit. I want my ****ing terminals because i cant hook it up correctly the way i want to do it without them. Have a nice day though!

Maybe your not understanding from my perspective- all orders are important, my point is why would we NOT send your order? Especially a $6.98 order, it takes 30 seconds to fulfill that order. Its not a dig on you. Think of it this way - if you we me, would you want a customer pissed over something as simple as $7, NO and that's my point - a simple email and its all taken care of.
