knu is far from new, andi havent had issues with the RCA's im using of thiers just the battery terminals

i think the problem might just be the optima batteries. i just got a yellow top not to long ago and my stock negative terminal doesn't fit that tight at all. i can still wiggle and turn it around.

I was going to say, the only time I've had any issues was on an Optima battery.

eh no luck needed, im not buying anythign from knu again i submitted the respose to them in hopes they would take it constructively or maybe provide me with a solution. instead i got this.

I did provide a solution, in fact I said "What you can do to address the issue" - my response was honest and upfront. That style terminal has literally been a KnuKonceptz product since day 1. We've changed only the screw finish in 7 years and every year we sell a lot of that model. Out of the number sold we hear about a problem maybe 8 times in a year on that model.

Now I understand your issue, if you'd like to take a digital caliper to your optima's post we can see what might be the cause. As i said in my email, looking at a logical stand point getting one defect, I could see, but the chances of two that come from different cases in our factory makes the odds very steep. If more people are truly having issues, I'd like to know. If we need to get shims for Optima's thats something to consider. As I mentioned, it is very rare to hear about an issue with that model. If Optima is making terminals with smaller posts then everyone else, that would really be something for everyone to know about...

The problem does not lie in your battery post, that was fine.. The problem lies with knu's crappy product (this specifically) and im going to be honest i just left a message yesterday with NO answer yet ats been like 30 hours because i ordered my god **** spade terminals on the FOURTH and still NOTHING which i needed them weeks ago.. **** knu..
