after reading all the stuff people have to say about them, i finally decided to order a set to try in place of my rsd mids in my 2-way active setup. they will be getting 200 watts a piece. i just wanna try something new. will give a review once i get them in. probably won't be till the end of next week. he is in Cali and i am in NY.

Just recently did this in a friend's car and it made a world of difference, you'll love them.

I'm in the middle of a transaction for a pair of ID OEM's as well. I will also be using my RSd tweets for the time being. I may try the Seas Neo or the SPX17-PRO tweeters in the future - probably because they are pretty cheap and could re-sell them for a small hit.

Well, at least we will have a lot of overlap between the tweet and mid to work with. The OEM is supposed to play well up to 4k w/o any breakup and we know the RSd tweet can drop to 2.5k and hold its own. You and I will share the 880, RSd tweets and the OEM mids... lol.

i'm gonna try to cross the mids at 2.5k/12db and the tweeters at 3.15k/24 or 12db. thats what i am going to try first. if these mids play up top as nice as everybody says that will be schweet.

what amps are you running? how much power for everything?

I have a Kicker 700.5 right now, but i think i am going to bridge the 4 channels on the Kicker and pick up a small tweeter amp.

So,

Tweets - 50x2

Mids - 200x2

Sub - 525x1
