30% upfront and 15% in the back, enforced pretty harshly in most areas.

man if it was in north port wat do u expect i live like 45 mins from there and when i go through there i have no music on and all the windows down and dont even think abouting speeding, they are one of the worst police depts in that city that will give u a ticket for anything

same crap happened to me 2 months ago. my court date is oct 20th.

i had 5%. legal in nwa is 25%. so my fronts have no tint as of right now. havent removed the back one syet.

i have 5% on my front and 2.5% on the back never been messed with yet. im in the N miami area. there is ppl that have chrome mirror tint and dont get messed with kinda wierd.

yes they can. ive been pulled over with my windows down because the cop had seen my car parked in my driveway with the windows up. he made me roll them up and gave me a ticket.

officer i don't know what happened but my button to roll up the windows in not working
