Just got pulled over! Questions.

I got pulled over along with a lot of others for a drivers license check, had us sitting for a good 45 minutes then he came to my car and cited me a $171 ticket for my tint!!!!!

Court fee is $121 and the citation is $50. I 'm picking the taking responsibility option and paying the fine, so it says waive the court date and send the money in with a money order, so that's all I do? I don't want any more BS from this ticket I want to make sure.

WEll, no not true. Out here they can pull you over to offer you a cup of coffee. If they find anything wrong while they make said offer, you can get ****ed.

You are going to have to get it removed, or there will be a higher fine next time.

I had limo on a Jeep I just got rid of, got stopped once for speeding and he tested the tint and said it was illegal. I told him the vehicle had it when I bought it (I lied..) and he gave me a verbal warning; that was the only problem I ever had.

If you wear glasses, you can get an optomitrist to write you a note saying the sun hurts your eyes so you can have darker than legal tint. I have an astigmatism, and got one of those last time I got my prescription on my lenses updated.

thats a retarded court fee, but for the $50 just send it in. if you wanted to get it dropped (pretty easy) you would save that 50, still pay the lawyer, and the court fee

yes they can. ive been pulled over with my windows down because the cop had seen my car parked in my driveway with the windows up. he made me roll them up and gave me a ticket.

So I assume in FLA it is illegal to have tint period. Chicago, it's everything but the front windows can be done.

fla is 35% up front. all around doesnt matter as long as you have side views. i dunno about the windsheild....

It says on the citation if you take responsibility you just send in the money and waive the court time. So I'm just sending the shit in.
