It will work for one of your subs.... not both. The amp is rated 380x1 at 4 ohms(your sub has a single 4 ohm voice coil and can be hooked up at 4 ohms). You could not hook both subs up at 4 ohms and if you could you would still be underpowering the subs quite a bit.

As I mentioned earlier look at a bd1000, a kx600, 1000d mtx, 1501d. If ya look hard you can find most of these used for under $200.

The amp is rated 380x1 @4ohm

and like 200x2 @2 ohm. If the sub is a single 4 ohm. He can't do that.

I know quite a few folks on here run pioneer.

Honestly you have 2 wire options.

1 channel amp at 2ohm

Or a 2 channel amp at 4 ohm

Look for an amp that puts out close to 800x1@2ohm, or 400x2@4ohm.
