is this a good idea??

hey all, my problem is i have a 90 camaro and i've already upgraded my subs/amp combo (see below, its an upgrade from 2 12" punch z's)lol, and now im currently in the process of replacing my rear and dash pioneer speakers.....i don't wanna spend too much money i just want some decent speakers, mine are starting to rattle when they hit and distort....here are the setups i've been looking at.....

1. either the $60 Alpine SPS-690A (ikesound)

or the

2. Infinity 9602i $89 (online car stereo)....i don't know what amp i will use and i would also like a set of 6.5's or something to go in some kick panels....any suggestions on that would also be greatly appreciated.....thanks much
