Is there an upside down for amps?

If you think there's going to be a cooling problem, a set of 12VDC CPU fans running off of a Bosch relay would take care of any foreseeable problems //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I'm not seeing a cooling issue, well unless the amp can't be put upside down. Basically the elemental designs logo would be facing the floor (although it would be connected to the ceiling.

You shouldnt have a problem with it like that, just make sure shes held up good!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

well it may teach me to read before asking. I opened the manual and page 1 right side says "never mount upside down" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

So there is the answer.

of course................however people why would it matter if the amps were upside down? any real reason?
Oh ok cool....I'm Panassat24 on passatworld.

Anyways...i've heard from some people that it was ok to have it upside down. You should just go ahead and try to build a little amp rack up there so that it won't be upside down;)

I've seen a couple amps mounted upside down under the rear deck, I don't think they had any problems with them. I guess it all depends on the cooling then.
