Is my electrical good enough?

I have a Planet Audio BB 1400 watt amp powering two 12 inch Alpine Type R's and I was wondering I one Optima Yellowtop battery under the hood and the big 3 upgrade will be enough to supply power to the amp?

The yellowtop is the group d35 version which is about 48ah. Big 3 is in 0 gauge

that will work perfectly fine. even with a 95 amp alt.

basically any fully stock car for the most part would be fine lol. Do the big 3 though but if the battery under the hood is not that old just keep what you got.

Forgot to mention that my stock alternator is either 110 or 130Amps, also another question.. does the Optima allow me to play my music with the engine off? I think it has 90 minutes reserve capacity.

Having a better battery with a higher amp hours capacity will give you more time than a stock battery would with the engine off, but it doesn't mean it wont drain it. Google amp hours for an explination, then you can do the math and figure out a safe time zone to keep it in before you risk depleating the batteries stored charge
