You know where I live bish //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Snoop, I like your "pratical" 10,000 watt application....LOL
aww thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cuddle.gif.bd1b29c179c0482f8313dbd790b74c94.gif

but seriously though, more people are buying these dual 1/0 input power supply amps these days, and in the future I dont see dual 1/0's going away. Especially since power gets cheap every year.

Im just saying consider a fuseblock to accomodate these type of amplifiers. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I just dont get why you guys dont make dual input and dual output 1/0 blocks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Those blocks are the aluminum grounding blocks you can get a Home Depot, Lowes or any electrical house, correct?

Well after all the going back and forth i figured i'd just come up with my own solution. I ended up buying some tinsnaps and sheet metal and making my own shims, i tapped out the stripped set screw and pur another there. works great now, kinda sad i had to go through all that on my own in order to get an issue dealt with. I will now be looking for an alternative for the rest of my install needs as well as all my cst that i refer to knu, since something as small as a battery terminal is a pain to deal with i rather not deal with the company at all.

I also had HELL ordering from them... I payed them through PP and emailed them constantly and finally when the 30 day period almost came up I emailed them and told them I was going to file a claim and then I called them.

He said oh yea I know who you are I guess you have your security to high because we have been sending you emails, just look in your trash or something, and I had nothing like that on my email. In the end I had to reorder everything and add it all up myself and show him what I wanted again and show that I had already paid... What a pain:crap:

22's your issue was a paypal error, either from the browser or not returning to the cart after you completed paypal payment. When using paypal you have to leave our site to securely log into paypal to make payment. After making payment in paypal, if a browser error happens and you do not return to cart, our site does not know if you paid. It requires information on the back end from paypal to complete the sale. All sites that use paypal could have this problem. Credit card processing does not require this and never a problem

Emails are sent when we get a payment and not an order, we get issues like this maybe one every two weeks - if you have Yahoo, it almost always goes into a bulk mail folder. If you do not get a reply in 24 hours, resend or check your spam/bulk mail folder - either we did not get it or it got redirected. If you do not get an order confirmation number by email that should also be a sign something is wrong.

Accordman - From day one I said you could use a shim, that wasnt what you wanted. So then I said we'd give you a refund - you could then buy whatever you wanted - that wasnt what you wanted....what else can I do? Shipping another set without knowing where the issue is (terminal or post size never given) would have been a waste of your time and money. Since Jan 08 we've shipped 120 sets - they must be working fine or I am certain we'd hear about it.

i couldnt exactly take my terminals off considering its all i had, and the whole well its your battery argument got old quick, i shouldnt have needed to correct the problem myself. Its like your only half *** listen to what your told, Instead of you footing a 12 dollar or maybe even less cost on terminals to make sure it wasnt a terminal issue you basically gave me the run around about every other problem besides your terminals. they are fine for now temporarily, just i have no desire to do business or refer business to you ever again.

By us refunding your item, you can then buy another set (from anyone) even before you send us ours back- that was the point of a refund.

Like I said earlier, if your doing tech support for Sundown, your going to want to get answers before replacing anything. Otherwise you might not be fixing the problem, and thats my point. We want to fix the problem, not just guessing at solutions.

now you mention stripped threads...please send the item back.

im mentioned stripped threads in the first place, i was told send them back then i would get a refund, i could not send them back as i had no replacements as i told you. I've retapped the messed up terminal so the point is now moot. I just posted to let people know how I resolved the problem myself rather then deal with the "run around"
