I also had HELL ordering from them... I payed them through PP and emailed them constantly and finally when the 30 day period almost came up I emailed them and told them I was going to file a claim and then I called them.Well after all the going back and forth i figured i'd just come up with my own solution. I ended up buying some tinsnaps and sheet metal and making my own shims, i tapped out the stripped set screw and pur another there. works great now, kinda sad i had to go through all that on my own in order to get an issue dealt with. I will now be looking for an alternative for the rest of my install needs as well as all my cst that i refer to knu, since something as small as a battery terminal is a pain to deal with i rather not deal with the company at all.

im mentioned stripped threads in the first place, i was told send them back then i would get a refund, i could not send them back as i had no replacements as i told you. I've retapped the messed up terminal so the point is now moot. I just posted to let people know how I resolved the problem myself rather then deal with the "run around"By us refunding your item, you can then buy another set (from anyone) even before you send us ours back- that was the point of a refund.
Like I said earlier, if your doing tech support for Sundown, your going to want to get answers before replacing anything. Otherwise you might not be fixing the problem, and thats my point. We want to fix the problem, not just guessing at solutions.
now you mention stripped threads...please send the item back.
