I have used Knu products exclusively in my last 2 installs, in fact just received more wire from them. I can't say enough good things about the company, customer service and product.

im surprised you guys think customer service is great. i've called them about 7-8 times in the last 3 days, and left 2 messages, and have yet to hear a response. they never picked up the phone any of the times i called either.
