Is car audio a dying trend?

Short answer; Yes its dying fast. Cars are now being made with more "adequate" audio as well as being more integrated with the rest of the car making upgrading expensive and sometimes impossible in some vehicles.
People thsese days are more concerned about other things, like hashtags, skinny jeans, and being gay.
I laughed pretty hard, sig material there. Everytime i see that fuking walmart commercial fag who says "hashtag-hashtag" i die a little inside.

Every time this country elects a democrat it dies a little. Obama put it on a fast track. Fact of the US economy to politics shows this. When people are making $ they have it to spend on stuff like this. When they have to support their families on welfare and food stamps because the politics has closed half the businesses. This is the results of bad policies. It use to be proud to be American and made in America. Now the democrats have made themselves rich off of global warming fears and the brainwashing this country into believing we must cut off our nose in spite of our face.

Sorry for the rant. It is just what I have seen throughout this country and it is sad to see this country fail. Also have a cold and don't feel well.

I'm pretty sure overall the hobby is growing. There are all sorts of people getting into audio. The scene's changed, there's so much info now. The interwebz have happened.
This probably changed the hobby more than anything.

So you're saying that the Democrats killed car audio?

The economy is a major part. But I would not say it is dying but slowing down due to the fact the economy ***** because our own government is killing us with it's global warming nut huggers brainwashing the people into thinking we must cut our selves off while the rest of the world walks all over us.

And yes I think it is time we start talking about what the people in our government are doing to us, while they are living high off the hog like the pigs they are. I'm pissed that I have to pay an extra 6k a year for healthcare for my family. Also the loss of $ from property value and rise in taxes and not to mention to loos of $$$ from the loss of business. That took the new car, the new system the new everything that was planed for the last 4 years and it is only getting worse. Not for nothing I don't under stand why people are not completely pissed off. Not to mention the Camaro Z28 sitting in my driveway for the last 3 years because the money for that has gone to pay for the other increases in the cost of everything else.

eloel. Im sorry I dont still live with my parents. Arent you almost 30 now? And wait, you dont have a job either... so how do you afford anything? Yes, I have an engine block sitting in my garage, am I going to work on it when its -20 every day? No. Sean, if you ever get a job and move out of your parents house I will probably be nicer to you.

Almost 25 and why would I move out when I can save money and live comfortably instead of struggling from paycheck to paycheck hoping it's enough to afford a pack of wine coolers like you brah? Clearly can't even afford enough to budget for a space heater for working in the garage, though I'm sure you're getting close with all those bottle returns on the wc's...still holding to moving out when you finish that motor and quit with those coolers- shoot by that time I'll have enough saved up for a hefty downpayment on a house

People are pissed off, but 99.9% of people haven't the faintest idea of what's happening, who is responsible, and why. Hence you have about 45% of people thinking that the Democrats are holding back the Republicans from really squaring things away, 45% of the people who think vice versa, and 9.9% of the people thinking something else that's way off the mark. The "tea party" and "occupy" movements are good examples of people who realize they're being screwed but are just chasing their tails with no real leaders, no agenda, no solutions, and pretty much no clue what is really happening.

It takes a lot of doing to undo a lifetime of programing and social engineering and most people will never admit they've been deceived. Many people lack the time or intellectual ability to even research and use some critical thinking to see how the world has been led to our current state of affairs. Really the masses, whether they like it or not or whether they'll admit it or not are so dependent on the status quo, that they'll ***** and moan a bit, but are too cowardly to buck the system too much out of fear for the illusion of security that they enjoy.
