inverted sub magnet

can having the magnet exposed on an inverted sub have any impact on other electrical devices in the car, as far as cell phones, etc.? i never really thought about it but im planning on do it and my brother thought it might. any ideas?

if you put your cell phone right next to the sub it makes the screen go blue and lose service, at least thats what mine does
