Installed and ran into some problems

outspoken does not understand that the terminals on a monoblock are paralleled in the amp...you can do it either way, but it will work exactly the same

Alright, so the speakers were already hooked up correctly, I still dont know the problem though..

hmmm... i would think it would have to be left + and right - if i am wrong my bad... thats how i always wired them...

look up a link for monoblock amps and check the schematics....inside a monoblock, there is only one channel...hence MONO

there is no left and right...they just label it that way

this is the one i use, and it works fine...if you get one, you can test the resistance at the amp to see if it is correct, and then you can set the gain correctly....you may have an issue with the gain on the loc, which you also can set with this dmm

So you think this is the problem? I don't want to waste my time with everything I am pretty frusterated with this so far, and I dont know how to use a DMM anyway as it is...

i think you most likely need to turn up the gain on the loc
