Hello. i Am buying a Image Dynamics idmax v.3

i need help picking a box and an amp. i want the best sq box possible. i also wanna know how much power rms i should run to the sub in each particular box scenario becuase ive noticed some websites tell you different wattage is needed for different boxes.

For the amp i want the best i can get for the money. i really wanna keep the price between 200-300 but if nessasary maybe 400.

also i would like to know what the difference is between an 4ohm and 2ohm speaker. Which one is better to get becuase they are the same price?

by the way this sub will be in a extra cab pickup truck. so pls base which box is the best sounding for that type of car.
