i got 2 id max's v3.and shipping for 600 dollars toatal and they had the warrenty youll like them even with 500 rms they beat at 4 ohms i ytested them..... see i listen to a lot of east coast music...... i had sony subs before and i decided to test my id max's one day I put in killer mikes "akshon" whtich is just like ..... i cant explain it download it but it has just as many bass hits as a meteal song... it handeled this song fine i also put in the dream team (paid in full sountrack) first i played we are the champoins......... yes the queen song remade...... i was rolling donw the street bumping the song and u could see older people noddijng thier heads... then i played camrons bout it bout it pt 3. constant bass..... the subs handeled it fine and even at that low volume sounded good we were listing toi jay-z's new cd on cd 2 meet the parents and m,e and my friend got dead silent..... the bass was so accurate that we both satarted picturing the story in our heads............. everything ive played on them sounds good

Rock party......... work it (that song used to kill my old subs)........ made you look........ full mode (myold subws used to go out when i played this song also).......... Nothing......... Wanksta....... everything that i played i just cant wait till i can drop my sub to 1ohm and get 1500 watts

Price doesn't really concern me now, the way I see it, if it's a quality product, that's gonna please my needs, might as well spend the few extra bucks.

yeh but its the same as sound domain u just save 200 dollars its up to u tho....I got them from that place and was very saticified it shiped that day 1000 watts is alot i cant wait till i get my car back so i can drop it to 1 ohm....... ill hook it up 2 ohm 1000 watts and tell u how it sound ill probably fdo that friday

Wow, IDMAX is pretty good looking...the price is a little on the expensive side...but...the way I see it...if I was going to get two 12" IDQ (I think they are around the 200 dollar mark each)...it would only be 50 dollars more....

i dont know if this is still on, but check ww.carmedia1.com - they were doing new Maxs for $250 + shipping, so that really cuts the cost down.........if they do do it, check what version as the earlier IDMax had some minor bugs - think all has been fixed with the v3 IDMAx - a great great driver, top 5 best of all time and easily on par with the likes of w7 i wold say

what were the minor bugs of the earlier version ?

i haven't yet bought mine...my friend has the older ones and never used them

Yeah I saw that mobileellect thing on ebay man, 159 for a 12" IDMAX, the one I wanted, with one year warranty or something.. 1000 watts rms/1800 peak

Im sure more will come, too bad I dont have the money now, dont get paid for 2 more weeks, lol
