So what ya'll think, which sub in general might sound a lil better and which sub would you prefer? I know all about boxes and the box makes the system. But SQ wise which of the two might sound better........just curious......thinkin about switchin from Kicker to ID. Also how would the IDMAX hold up againt a W6v2 and the al-mighty W7? Replies will be appreciated.

i would say the id max in the right setup but i havnt herd a xxx...from what i hear the idmax owns the w6 and is up there with the w7 in sq.......

I think its up to the listener....

I might chose the XXX, you might chose the ID, someone else, might choose an Xplode, someone else might say they all ****...

The XXX has proved to be better then the W7 in SQ numerous times. Due to the better motor technology. The Idmax in my oppinion had far superior SQ then the W7 and was closer to a XXX or Brahma. The XXX is definently a way better sub.
