Lots of bracing so i bet it is strong, but the lack of a design kills anything that it could have been unfortunatly.. but we live and learn i suppose. I hope it was a learning experience... nothing worse than spending tons of $$ on a box that sounds like garbage, especially a build that large.. that would be dissapointing.

extremly small as is the port! I think if it was sealed it may sound better but hey if hes happy with it thats what matters right?

Basically tried to copy the design steve meade is doing in that escalade, only on a much smaller scale.

Boxes are way too small, about 12 square inches of port per PAIR of 15's. Guy admits that it only plays to about 36 hz or so. He didn't plan anything out ahead of time. He just built it and then figured out what everything was afterwards. He wouldn't take advice from everyone, including a lot of knowledgable people.

They like a PROPERLY ported box. Not a box with an oversized leak like what he has now.

That's how alot of loud SPL vehicles are started.

I agree completly but at this point the port is much too small and there is not enough cubes internally to port them properly so at this point i would belive they would sound best sealed..
