The plan:

I would like to put my 15" pioneer Premier TS-W8102SPL in a 8th order bandpass similar to the one I drew out the measurments are the maximum space i can use in my car and would like to fill that area. I would also like all the wood thicknesses to be 1.5" and the Inside corners to all have 4x4 sized 45 degree angles. I would also like the enclosure to be tuned to peak at a fq of 51Hz. My cars Fq sits around 43hz +/- 1.5hz with changes.

idk if it matters but this will be running on 4500-5000W rms for comp and around 2500rms daily.

I was wondering if this is something some people could help me out with I PM'd 80INCHES about it already just looking for input from others as well.

i just need soe mathmatical pointer on getting the chamber volumes right. i have to take my door off and have at least one other person help me move the box in or out. the sub weighs 92lbs and the box is around 200lb. its a task.

edit: my old box that is.

i've decided to go with a 6th all an 8th is doing is recombining the outputs of the two ports and it would have to be choked down so much for port velocity that it would only get me a little more output than 1 port. so i figure ill do a 6th order. front and back ported. basically like my drawing minus the third chamber.
