So i have a question about the length of my aero ports for a box im building....
This is my box:
I get 7.03ft^3 for the net volume, without speaker and port displacement.
6.43ft^3 with speaker displacement.
I am running 4 RE SE 12's Dual 2ohm Subs
Subs will be powered by a RF T20001BD rated at 2880 watts @ 14v @ 1 ohm.
Subs will be wired at 1 ohm and i have the electrical backing to keep it at 14v.
I am using 3 4" Aero Ports. The top flare is 3.5" long, and goes from 4" to 6" wide. The bottom flare is 3" long, and goes from 4" to 6" wide. How long would the section of tubing be that goes in between each of the 3 flares to give me 30hz? This is my first time running RE subs. Any advice for the tuning would be greatly appreciated.
