I'll get some more done tomorrow. There really isn't much left to do other then the port. After I get that done, I'll take it all apart and glue and caulk all the joints then it'll be ready to install. Then I'm just waiting on Nick to send out the dust cap. I'm hoping to have it up and running by the end of next week.

Update as promised!

The box in the truck, very very tight fit!!

As you can see, part of the box will be vissible, I think I'll paint that part of it black, just so it doesn't stick out.

Another little "fix" I had to make so the box would fit. I'm waiting on the pieces to dry so I can put them on the box...

Pieces I'll use to box out the nob for the seat..

Its really coming together now. I had to add a spacer to the sub recess b/c of a stupid miscalculation I made. I put the sub up to high on the front baffle so the mag was hitting the back wall. I made another ring and cut it in half to life the sub up a little more. Easy fix but now the sub surround is about 1/4" past the baffle. I plan on putting another ring around the sub recess to try and keep the sub from hitting the seat. I'll just have to make sure I don't play it to loud when I have the seat back. I'm actually debating doing another baffle so the sub will be a little bit more protected. Idk we'll have to wait and see. I really don't want to b/c making a new baffle takes a lot of wood.

I might do a little more work tonight, depends on if I go out or not. Other then taking it apart and glue and caulking everything this build is pretty much done!!

I was thinking about building one myself. I've just been debating a kick butt design to make it. I don't want it to be too flash but not to plain.

Also with how tight of a fit it is I can't have have a typical grill. I don't think I'd be able to get the seat back far enough with something like that. I'll think of something and I'll be sweet, I promise!!

Haha, I'm glad someone thinks so. I think its ugly as hell!! I'm already thinking about doing a fiberglass one, depending on how this one will sound. We'll just have to wait and see...

I have a single cab ranger, and when I see alot of work poured into making one loud without a blowthrough it falls in the sexy category. I see alot of devotion in your work, and not to mention quality. Is there any reason you decided on IA?
