Now youre on the right track. most if not all of those corner enclosures involve some frm of glass, or another, which isnt cheap if you cant do it yourself.......but its not very hard either.

as far as i can tell so far lower ohms usually just means more power? respectively. the same amp at lower ohms will run more power than it would've at higher ohms, but you could just buy a more powerful amp and run it at higher ohms to get the same power.

most amps i've seen especially for subs is you buy a amp for 200 bucks you're expectin that amp to put out 200 watts, 500 dollar amp like a JL 500/1 yeah you're expectin the amp to put out 500 watts, you get what you pay for, and for your sub/amp look thing man...just do it the way YOU want too cuz it is your sytem who gievs a **** what anyone else says. Make it your way and you should be happy.
