I once took too much vicodin. First time i had it was for having my wisdom teeth pulled out. Second time I had vicodin was because i had my 3rd molars pulled out. I actually was also prescribed penicillin and mistakened the penicillin for vicodin. Long story short, I had to 4 vicodin pills within an hour. To be honest, vicodin really didnt do much, didnt numb anything, made me a lil sleepy.

Thats pretty much what its breaking down to. Definitley getting a lawyer. I was a little unsure at first. The public defender seemed like he knew what he was talking about. But all in all, hes still the free lawyer. I guess you get what you pay for.

Thats what i said after the first time i got piss drunk....its happened another time after that...and boy did I fvck up....not a good idea to go to black security officer at an engagement party and say "waddup my nucca" when you are half white half armenian...worst part is, i thought i was whispering to my cousin when i asked him "is that security guard black?" dude was dark too, dont know what i was thinkin. Good times though...and I still drink with moderation.

Lawyers the way to go, always. Assuming you can afford it of course. Had a buddy years ago get nabbed with a few ounces of coke and some scales at his apartment. Lawyer delayed the case for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time. By the time it went to court, cop did not know if he had been given permission to enter the premises and case was thrown out. All he had to do was community service from a previous minor conviction. If you do not have a record my vote goes to keep the public defender, get a little probation which will make the case status 'continued without finding' if you complete the probation with no issue.

Biggest thing is don't fuggup your probation, I see no need to drop any dime on a lawyer for something this small.

you really think its a small charge? Posession with control schedule 3. Not a 1 or 2, but still. Everyone has commented the same as you. Locally. The PD seems like he knows his shit. Id just hate to end up behind bars for a possession charge. I know i fucked up... but still.

just dont go to court on your court date and skip the country, pick somewhere nice to go live the rest of your days at

it always worked for me!!!

but really you should be fine without a lawyer at most i can see them giving you is they will make you take a substance abuse program. or just tell the judge your addicted to them and they will let you off as long as you go to rehab.

Well you are a user which is a good thing, users get quite a few chances usually before actually going to jail. I would be willing to bet money with a public defender you are going to end up with 6-18 months probation and drug tests at which time when completed your case will be dismissed or CWF.

IF I were you I would party like a rockstar till then because once you are on probation you are probably going to have to check in every week or two and take piss tests.. That is where most people screw up if you piss dirty you may get some small time.
