im not sure of the whole scituation... he was being followed i think. He was arrested. Still in jail. I was released on PR. Charged with possession.

If its simple possesion, and a first offense, I would first consult with the public defender to see if he/she is an idiot before I spent $1,500 to $3,000 on a defense attorney.

Not sure to be honest. I went to get the police report, all it says it they pretty much knew everything that happened. And it said i was charged with possession.
