i love those "just represent yourself" kind of people..... had zero to do with him representing himself yet he believes it had something to do with it....

i happen to be friends with one of the top criminal lawyers in Canada.... he's gotten murderers off with all kinds of evidence against them.... this is done by a highly trained lawyer that knows all avenues of the law..... just because a police officer saw you doesn't mean shit..... lawyers are experts on creating all kinds of options to the courts....

get a lawyer.... just because some guy on a car audio forum got extremely lucky doesn't make for good advice for second rate representation.....

i got busted on the border of PA and OH, had 2 pounds on me in my mother's boyfriends car... now they didnt arrest me or impound the car due to a few resons i cant remeber.... a few month's later i had to go to court in PA. got a lawyer ( friend of the family) and i got away with personal possesion rather then drug trafficing and intent to sale due to the fact i had baggies and a scale..
but all in all my lawyer got everything dropped except the possession.. and i also have a clean record thanks to my lawyer on this one...

it's worht it to have a lawyer man... way worth it.. i got lucky..

Not sure to be honest. I went to get the police report, all it says it they pretty much knew everything that happened. And it said i was charged with possession.

Thats what i said after the first time i got piss drunk....its happened another time after that...and boy did I fvck up....not a good idea to go to black security officer at an engagement party and say "waddup my nucca" when you are half white half armenian...worst part is, i thought i was whispering to my cousin when i asked him "is that security guard black?" dude was dark too, dont know what i was thinkin. Good times though...and I still drink with moderation.

my college has a strict no drinking policy and I got hammered at a frat house 2 fridays ago. some of my friends and one of the seniors from the fraternity helped me walk back to my dorm. well we saw some campus safety rent-a-cops, and i thought it was a great idea to walk over and shake hands with the officer to "show him i was sober"

i could barely stand up, so he knew i was drunk, but he didn't write me up, luckily. we have a 3 strikes, you're out policy. that's 3 strikes in your whole 4 years at school, so i didn't want to get strike one first semester freshman year
