I need amplifier wiring help.....

you will need to run the 2d bat in series with the front one so it is part of the cars charing system.
there will only be 1 remote wire terminal on the amp.

I would run 1/0 from the front to the 2nd bat then from there into a distro and split it into 2 4 ga to the amps power terminals.

ground the 2nd bat and the amp to the cars chassis

ok i was wondering how the batt would stay charged...ur steps are pretty self explanatory....I may have got it.

yea I can just use a distro huh....I think I may need 2 batteries tho. I just happened to have both my batts.... your basic car batt and a (34/78) red top.

btw, how far away from the amp should the distro. block be?

would this be convienent enough so I can run all my power and ground wires through it and get a voltage read out...? Seems like all I need. The power and ground together shouldnt be a problem should it?

I really don't think you need to use both grounds and both positives on your amp... but yes. The design you drew will work.

Ive read somewhere that both positives have to be connected for the amp to work...but the pic is fine?
