I need a crossover - NEED HELP

Those amps have the crossovers you need. They are good amps, and no, they don't need to be the same brand.

Just build/buy passive crossovers for the exterior PA system.

I'd say the 7 band is sufficient.

You want a separate EQ for the outside PA and the interior system.
