O, and my type arghs should be coming in today. They will only be getting around 250 rms each but they should thump. This time next year im going to upgrade to 1/0 and bxi2008d.

well, I had 2 older 15" type r's on this exact amp bridged at two ohms and it was pretty **** loud, you could here from a block or two. And that was in a sealed pre-fab box; now I got a good custome 32hz box. So im hoping to get the same level of volume from these twelves as I did from the 15's.

Can't compare the old R's to the new R's. They take more than the recommended 500rms each.

You won't be happy feeding them 250rms.

Nice deck, I had the x492 for a few months not too long ago. I may go back to Kenwood, but would like the x891.

ok well, UPS dropped off my r's today. Hooked em all up and them *****es WANG! I can only imagine what they would do if I gave them what they actually wanted. I meen there is so much air moving in my trunk that it makes the cones on my stock tweeters flap like a ***** and it makes them sound like there blown! This is one of the best systems I have heard out of my car and I know thats not saying alot but thes bishes are nice.... GG alpine
