I have a few questions

Hey, Im a newbie at all this sound system stuff, so I was wondering if someone could anwser a few questions? I know I dont have the best stuff so far but Im on a tight budget so Im doing the best with what I have. I was wondering what are some good component speakers for 6 1/2" and 6x9.

For subwoofers I have 2 12" alpine type E and a JVC-ksax4700 amp.

my question was, Is this amp powerful enough to run both subs? and what is the best kind of box to build. Im looking to get the most out of these subs that I can.

any anwsers would be appreciated

well it depends on how much you want spend but alpine ,infinityboth make good compenents at descent prices..as far as your sub amp ,i'm not to familar with it but if it will put out around 400 watts rms it will push those subs well...if you want your subs to play there loudest use a ported box ..but i suggest you use a sealed because it will sound better..those subs are not at all spl subs...but its your stuff do what you like just my 2cents
