I gave the guys over at carstereo.com ( They are a joke IMO but i was just curious as to what they would say) a list of what I was thinking about getting just like I did with you guys except, what I find funny in this thread is this guy is saying that 2 DDZ subs will hit 180+ on the TL, if that is the case wouldnt they have the WR, and not team pioneer for their 180.4.

"True SPL subs and the ones you have listed dont go together Treo nice but not true spl. AudioQue is the owner of Digital Designs Father and he builds sql subs that are at there best one step down from a 9500 line, and the others are nice but not true spl subs. Look at Digital Designs 9500 line or higher, Atomic APX or APXX, and RE Audio MT subs. They are high end spl subs that will be able to move a meter! Also SPL and daily dont go together unless you are going to do a tunable port or have a removable port to change from a daily driver tuned system to a spl system. So read and read the post well before bashing people on this forum. I myself think N2 is smart person in here and well liked. You could have just made a simple post and asked what sub will be easyer to get a higher spl when sound quality is not a factor and let us know how much you want to spend. 1 digital designs Z line sub with 4 5k rms amps on it in the right box will get you into high 175s db on the tl 2 of them has done over a 180 on the tl and well if you want a diff sub the Atomic APXX sub upgraded to a 4" coil will take 25,000 rms for short 10-15 sec burps. I am using the next step down in my install tuned for music myself"
