I own a hifonics bx1500d to power up a Rockford T2 (2000w)

It has like 5 levelers and don't know what to do.. I have a Box tunned at 35hz so how can I set the levels?

SUBSONIC : 15-35HZ

BASS EQ: 0-18DB

LOW PASS: 35-250HZ

PHASE: 0-180*degrees

LEVEL: 9-0.2V

How can I tune them and how do they work??? what is every level for???

SUBSONIC : 15-35HZ
Set this to around 26hz.

Subsonic filter is basically a highpass filter for the subwoofer. It will attenuate the frequencies below the setting (in this case, 26hz). They are a good thing to have on a ported box since it will keep the sub from playing frequencies too far below the tuning frequency at loud levels, keeping the sub from unloading and subsequenty being damaged.

BASS EQ: 0-18DB
Don't use this. Leave it set at 0. Otherwise you run the risk of causing the amp to clip, damaging the sub. Plus, with a ported box that already has a peaky response, there is no need to increase the output on top of that.

LOW PASS: 35-250HZ
Lowpass crossovers attenuate the frequencies above the crossover point to keep the sub from playing too high of frequencies (that they shouldn't be playing).

Set it to whatever sounds best; probably around 50hz - 85hz. But, don't worry to much about the actual "number", just turn the knob and listen to the sub, and leave it where it sounds best and the bass blends well with the rest of your system.

PHASE: 0-180*degrees
You can try it at both 0 and 180 degrees and see what sounds best. No right or wrong here, and no way to give to answer this over the net, just whatever sounds best.

LEVEL: 9-0.2V
