How to run wires from Sub to amp

Just as the question says. THis is my first install and system. I was just wonderin wut is the best way to get the wires from sub to the amp. When in the box?

Is there no wire terminal in the box? All you have is an amp, a plain-jane enclosure that has a sub mounted in it, and nothing else?

im am building my own box.

drill a hole in the box run the wire through and caulk it up

bolt through the box

speaker terminal if you want

or if its ported run the wire through the port

i ran it through the port fora while till i got terminals, looks kinda booty:beathors: IMO

you can get a terminal off ebay for like 3 dollars

I prefer the bolt method. The thing for me is, with the speaker terminals, the inside connections are a little small for my liking.

I have 8 Bolts going through the 2 layers in my back wall.

Makes changing things around REAL easy if necesary, which it usually isnt, but it is the way i like it...
