how to accurately set bandpass crossovers ?

You can do everything but crossovers. Auto EQ and TA. If it was 4 way it would be the 99. You have to do what I did if your amps will do it.

i have mine close to what you have/had.

tweeters - 3k up

6.5 - 250 to 3k

8" - 80 - 250 hz

sub - 80 down

well the 6.5 and 8" is crossed around there.
