How strong are you?

in high school sr yr i did 255 bench only like 310 squat my form was horrrible and i could never get good at it:(. At that time i was 5'10" about 215. Now im 225 and i dont even think i could bench 225:(

We had a huge lineman on out team squated 630 and benched 430. Not to mentio athletic as ****. Didnt go anywhere he was to lazy and a **** stoner. He was 6'4" 350 or so. Just a beast

 
Stopped working out about 2 years ago, when I did...

6'1-6'2 220lbs

220 bench 10 sets of 10

squat was about 350 " " " "

legpress was around 650 *** to ankles " " " "

I'll bet t hat 415 squat is a half ***** squat. Bet he doesn't go parallel with 415. Not many people can.

x2 because if you can do that then u almost made the 500/600 club which most highschool have. Meening you have to do atleast 500/600 of squat and bench to get it. You must be a beast. Can i get pictures of your legs....lol

but 20yrs old, i'm 6'3" right about 345

never maxed with anything

bench was 255 last set, but that was slow reps, 8 count down 8 count up so i dunno what i could potentially do just one time

squats was always like an 8 count down and sort of explode up, used 315 usually, went for high reps

deadlift, i dunno the most i've ever tried was 415 i think, never done deadlifts for any kind of max, only for sets of a decent number of reps

i'm not the strongest guy around by any means, i've never been one to try to show off cuz someone is always stronger and i'm total weaksauce now from being laid up for so long cuz of the accident... grrr

i honestly prefer fighting over lifting for numbers, it makes the workout more dependant on actual results and performance... i'm weird cuz i grew late so i never started to fight like a big guy who's always out for a haymaker, one punch ending thing. for some reason i've always tried to be quick and oddly enough i like to kick alot, i can almost do the splits actually but i'm just a big fan of martial arts, kickboxing, i have so many mma dvd's its not even funny.

 
in 17 jr in hs, never have actually maxed out but i can do 275 for 5 on bench, 355 for 5 in squat, 425 for 3 in deadlift and 250 for 3 in power clean. o and i am 6'1 about 250-255, leg press also, did 900 for 10

Squat 385

Power clean 260

Am 5’10”

185 Pounds

But have not lifted hard core since senior year in high school, which was last year but will start lifting again soon want to walk on my college football team. I am not to big but really fast.

You are in high school. A sophmore right? You aren't squatting no 415 going down parallel. Your balls just dropped for godsake. I see a lot of high school kids in the gym, none of them go down far enough because they want to look impressive with 3 plates on each side or whatever. There might be a 3 people in my gym that go down far enough with 400+, and they've been lifting a long time. My guess is that you go down about 45 degrees. Which is half way.

 
I'm 18 and a senior in HS..just broke my arm but 3 months ago when I was 17 they were--

5'10 175

bench- 295

squat- 350

power clean- 265ish

dead lift- 545

now i'm 5'10 175 again, but take about 50lbs of every lift but deadlift haha..sucks not being able to lift for a couple months, just starting again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
