How strong are you?

I don't lift weights, but I know I can squat a Chevy small block, block only that is.
I can deadlift a 1957 Chrysler HEMI head. My dad and I can deadlift the block as well. Not easily though:crap:

Don't worry, I used tolift quite frequently and I had to think about which was which, and I'm only 19 :p

How do you not know which is which.. Squat=Bar on back and squat Deadlift=bend over, grab bar, pull up.

 
been working out for about 2 years now but last week in football we maxxed i got 265 for bench, 385 squat and 395 deadlift. i just turned 17 today and im 5'6 165-170lbs

I figured I would share what I do. I don't ever max out but I do bench and squat sometimes. I am not a big fan of squatting though. As far as bench goes I just do 165 a bunch of times. Not sure how many I could do if I wanted to, but I just do sets of 6 now. I am also about 6 feet tall, and am 175 pounds. Squating I know I can do 225 a bunch of times but I have never attempted more. I just don't like the feeling of it and worry that I am going to blow a knee out or something.

 
You're up there with weight when you're benching more than your body weight(bench pressing that is).

My cousin a while ago held #2 spot in the U.S. for benching 3 times his body weight at 350lbs!

i gained 20lbs in about 4 weeks and could bench about 350lbs. i don't do squats because i don't want my bowels blown all over the floor. i'm on my third cycle.
