well me, when i used to lift, 128 lbs, 6'3, bench 145, squat, i dont remember i think like 200
Heres a thread to see how much weight everyone on here can lift. I'll start it off with my bench press-280, squat-415, Deadlift-430.Also I forgot to mention my body wieght-225 and I'm 16 sophomore in hs.
I never max out I just do reps, and what is this a "Hey let me show off thread"??? lol who really cares.
I work out each day, i just do reps. I do 10 reps of 185 for 3 sets. I dont know how much that is for maxing out but its all i can do. Never the less I am a Senior in highschool and I am glad you can do that much. Impressive:up2somet:
