How strong are you?

Well I used to be the mac10 state champion runner up in the weight liftathons they had back when I was in highschool in 1996, which the schools no longer due to some retarted regulation rules about what sports are accepted for state championships. Anyway, this is what I did.

I was 19 at the time.

5-11 295 at the time in highschool.(Now 5-11 and 255 and weak as hell //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif)

Bench:440 x3

squat: 685 max

deadlift: 725 max

legpress: 970 x10

Those were my final results in the competition in 96

The guy I lost to named Frank Vickers did

445x5

645 squat max

805 deadlift max

He was 6-2 340 pounds. Was a fat mother****er in his stomach, but had arms and legs like Tony Atlas. Was huge. Found out later that he was on roids. Imagine that.

weight 190lbs

BP - 225 for 10 reps x 3 sets (Never maxed out before)

Squat - 295lbs " " "

Curl - 60 for 10 reps x 3 sets

My goal is to be fit, not bulk up.

I can see it being possible. I knew someone in highschool who could do 400+ pounds. All he ever worked out though was his chest =/.

Oh ok, well let me lie on the internet and take 5 mins out of my life just to make some shit up. Dont matter if you believe me or not. I know what I did and what he did.

Also I started lifting alot when I was 17. Matter of a fact my lifting coach was Tim Wolfe who is a representive of shaklee products, which happened to be a former lightweight champion back in his hay day. So say what you will. But I was trained by a very good trainer for better part of a year and a half till he was relocated.
