How strong are you?

6'1 145 Bench 145 3 sets of 12. And i just use free wieghts to do whatever else. Im not a big fan of working out but i stay in shape. I'll bet t hat 415 squat is a half ***** squat. Bet he doesn't go parallel with 415. Not many people can.
x2 because if you can do that then u almost made the 500/600 club which most highschool have. Meening you have to do atleast 500/600 of squat and bench to get it. You must be a beast. Can i get pictures of your legs....lol

 
6'8, 310. Bench- 490lb, Squat- 500 , just do 2 sets of 10, 350lbs deadlifts. Yes, being 6'8 doing squats to the heel of your foot is hard as hell to get back up. I do one, but count it as two for the height ratio. lol

I'm 5' 10" and 210 (everyone says I'm 'built like a linebacker'), I rarely lift weights, but last time I did was last year in Personal Fitness class and I could bench 230 I think, maybe less I dont really remember. Never squatted or anything though..

 
ya im 5'11 260 and built like a graud lawl. but, i have to get back to lifting but ive either trained or played a sport all my life so i desreve a break to kick back and drink and chill

 
5'11", 200, bench prolly 140, dunno about squat or deadlifts, dunno what the exercise is called (legpress??) but its where u sit down and push weights with ur legs...i max out at about 1000 but can do 750 pretty continuously....my upper body sux, last time i tried to do a pull up i couldnt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif that was about 40 lbs heavier ago im guessing...

 
5'11, 180 pounds, Bench 165 5 sets 12 reps. Curl 80 5 sets 10 reps.

I don't work the legs as much as I should so I don't have a regular routine weight.

I do plenty of other weights also.
