When I started in car audio I was about 14-15. I'm now 30 and still am very much into it. I thought I had grown out of it but theres still is so much intrest there. Im a car lover and I guess the two go hand and hand. I even made automotive repair my career. My house has a pretty good sound system in it. Im going to build a old school set up for my truck soon.
So how old is everyone? Is this for the younger people? I miss the SPL contest! I dont know If this has been as already been asked but here it is. Am I too old for this? I remember running around with a sticker on my car in the 90's that said "IF ITS TOO LOUD YOUR TOO OLD"

i think thats jensens motto. and i think they still give that sticker out with new cd players

31 here.....been doin it since 15ish....

Never to old to enjoy music. And as I get older I need it louder.

23. my addiction has only gotten worse. my build log will vouch foro that.

I never really plan to let this hobby go. From what I have seen you start out doing spl and then eventually switch to sq. At least with me it did. And sq cost sooooo much more

I'm 24. I've been into car audio since I was 15, waiting to get my license. I've been into cars since I was about 3. All of my toys when I was a kid were toy cars of some sort. Well, that and Legos. Those mofos were/are pricey.
