How many watts have you ran off stock eletrical...?

i drive a ford taurus sel 04... i have a cadence fx300 running my kicker cvr dual 2ohm 12s sealed... i just wanted to know if i could run my subs with a Bxi 1208d and have to make no eletrical upgrades in my car... i eventually want to have a single 15 setup around 1000rms... is this safe on stock eletrical and 4gauge wire...?

im running a hifonics 2008D, with the gain set at 1600. in my car with i think 105-110 amp alt, with big three and a red top up front. dimming is not much only on some songs at full tilt and they voltage stays pretty good. but im about to add a 2nd battery and eventually an HO alt when i get another amp.

ran an xx colossus off an 80 alt and one yellowtop in my celica, single run of 1/0 never dropped below 13.4 driving with it playing pretty hard.

im running a RF T20001bd on stock battery and alt and an hc2000 in the trunk as of now. im gonna do the big 3 and get a batt for up front soon though. maybe an alt in the future.

if you're only using 1 class d amp you should be fine. Its the big a/b amps that **** the life out of your alt. I've had up to 1600wrms running off stock electrical (had big 3 with 4ga. but no extra batts or even a gelcell up front) on a 70Amp alt civic and dimming wasn't that bad. Yet not too long ago I had a crossfire 35.4 that dimmed the sh it out of my lights

I ran an Orion 1200d, and (2) Mtx 342 amps off my stock alt and battery with just the Big 2, (no chassis to ground upgrade) in my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. Had some minor dimming, but nothing I could not live with. The Vics stock battery and alternator were larger than the norm that comes in most cars, however, but were both still stock.

Depends on your stock alt, and battery. Id suggest getting a bigger under hood battery, And doing the Big 3, But it shouldnt be too bad without.

i'm running a DD M3 at 1ohm mono ...so about 3000 rms in my Saleen on stock electrical...only upgrade is batteries...no dimming or anything at full tilt...i haven't done the big 3 either...i may have to upgrade something when i run .5 mono soon

i ran 900rms with a 100a Alternator, and Duralast Redtop. No big 3 or nothing. BUt I did have dimming.
