Awhile back I was banned from cs.org. I then got ahold of his password and logged into his cs.org account. This thread makes me LOL.
This whole forum is really not about car audio.

If you DO need caraudio information, there are a few that can really help and the questions that don't change (wiring etc) have all been answered and can be searched out.

This is mostly a community for guys to get together and BS. They just happen to like caraudio. *shrug* It used to annoy me too, but once you accept that most of the conversation is going to be about "hitting some chic" and cooking lasagna, it will be more fun to come here.

Lets face it, caraudio overall as an industry is pretty slow moving and dry.

im kinda bummed that all the experienced guys spend their time in the lounge.

i go to the audio parts of the forum all that time and am constantly trying to correct people when some new guys feeds them bullshit, not knowing any better that hes wrong. i end up trying to correct like 10 posts, but realize its pointless, and give up after like 3 posts.

i will say this though. the amount of misinformation on ROE is WAY worse

I would say that as long as you are not asking a question that has been asked over and over (hey does Fi have a web site? etc.) and you can't find it by searching, you usually will get the experienced guys helping you.

Also like to listen to good music loud and sound at least half *** good. You cannot listen to Tool, Dream Theatre etc. on a sh!tty stock sound sytem. Can you?

I'll be honest I haven't really been into CA since I joined in 02... Mainly just joined because my car was stolen and needed new equip...

Got hooked on the lounge here and enjoy reading most of the threads. Haven't been in the other sections since.

Still have the same setup since; love my Sinfoni, Rainbow, and Eclipse setup.

In my car i have a pioneer 780, 12 disk changer, sirius tuner, zune, pheonix gold ti elites comps in kicks, a rli 8", pheonix gold x200.4, zero gauge wire and big three, and a stinger power2 battery under the hood.
Nonetheless, i only post in the lounge.

Its been awhile, but I could have sworn you had an Alpine deck, but I was right on the sub kinda, lol! How is the old FoFo doing? Did your tires wear out yet, lol! I keep forgeting you put on mad miles on that thing. I am only at 23000 and replaced my shitty Pirrelli's with some General Altimax's and OMG what a difference in the ride!
