ive built maybe 5-7 ported box's 3-4 seald box's and about 9-10 custom fiberglass box's and 3-4 set's of custom door panels. and a few speaker pods..

i asked a friend of mine this question. he said all together over a few hundred. he builds at least! 2-3 box's a day... sometimes more. for the last 15 years.....

The box in my gallery is the first one I'd built in 15 years, and the first ported I'd ever built. I think it came out pretty well considering. I've built 4 more since then. 3 for my own use (even went so far as to use two of them) one for another guy on the forum's boat.

The bare wood one was a temp box for a pair of Assassins and was the second box I built in the modern era. The black and silver one is currently in the car and is number 5. Number 4 is a mostly fiberglass number for four Assassins that didn't fit the way I wanted. It's in my garage along with the bare wood one if someone is looking for a box for some 8's.

I'll be building number 6 for the last 4-5 years here in the next month or so as I rebuild the system to sell the car. That will be followed by number 7 for the next car.

I've built around 50 Im guessing.. most for me.. but a lot for others around here.. gettin better each time..

SQ box. The port is plenty. No noise at all. The flared mouth helps a lot with that.
