It is hella expensive to eat "right".
I average $75.00 per week at the grocery store and this is not counting metas. I go to Sam's for my meats and usualy I kaching at around $100.00 per visit. Meat can last up to 2 weeks.
Here is the majority of the foods I consume:
Protein:
Eye of round steaks
Sirloin steaks
Tillapia
Cod
Salmon
Turkey breast
Chicken breast
1% Cottage Cheese
Liquid egg whites
Liquid eggs
Carbs:
Sweet potatoes
Barley
Brown rice
Quinoa
Cous Cous
Buckwheat
Whole wheat pasta
Fruit (1 to 2 servings per week)
Fats:
Olive oil
Almonds
Natural Peanut Butter
Heavy Whipping cream
Tons and tons of broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus are my vegetable source. I would say at least 10lbs of broccoli per week. That sh*t aint cheap.
