How I lost my butt and gutt in a mere 6 months*pics*

At your weight, kove... you'd need about double that in protein.

I take it anywhere from 175-250 grams of protein a day between supplements and meals.
i was guesing about 225 grams a day even if i wanna drop all the way down to 215-225 im supposed to take that much protein the reason im saing is because i need to be extreamly flexible fast limber (muay thai) as far as for MMA i could se the extra weight/mass but for stricking i need the speed and flexibility i am very good on my feet and quick heavy puncher the coaches say i wont lose none of my kicking or punchi i tend to disagree i feel realy solid at 260 its been a while since ive worked out hard (4-6 hours a day) so yeah i need to get back on track im still so scared to drop all the way to 215 im a big shouldered 250 guy sems like im ganna be very week and extrealy skinny at 205 but i wonder how fast i would be

I've lost 70lbs in the last 6 months simply by eating smaller healthier meals more often instead of one large meal a day and getting a bit more active. went from 360lbs to 290lbs as of this morning. still losing a few pounds every few days. I'm hoping to be down to my football playing weight by next summer, however i think im gonna have to actually start going to the gym to get down much farther from where im at. Diet will only take you so far.

Awesome accomplishment! Very proud for you. Takes a lot of patience and will power to accomplish something like that. Many people say they are going on a diet and getting in shape, but few stick to it.

I personally used to be short and really chubby, almost fat. Girls did not seem to find me attractive. I decided to change that and started working out and hitting the weights. Fastforward 3 years and everyone thinks I am on steroids and the ladies like what they see.

Its an excellent feeling for sure!

i have no desire to be liked by the ladies since im married. I did this for myself and my son. I want to be around for him when he gets older. But it is definatly nice seeing myself shrinking and my clothes being waaaaay to big for me.

Hey there fiver. Are you gonig for weight loss or muscle gain? There's lots of stuff you can do at home with free weights and your own body weight. You can think of it this way: split it up into weight training and cardio.

As for weight training:

Need to pick two or three muscle groups to workout a day and give them a full days rest the next day. You can work another muscle group while resting the first group. You'll need to google what are good muscle group workout combinations. Triceps and Chest is a good common combination for one day.

There are lots of body weight exercises you can start out with like many different types of pushups, pull ups, chinups, and situps.

For Cardio:

You could run, jog, or walk depending on how good shape you are in. You can do this in addition to the lifting a few times a week.

I'm a good preacher but I need to do what I actually say. Need to lose weight //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
