When I first joined the gym in November '07 I was doing machines only (Nov-Jan)no free weights. I am now under the wing of a Bodybuilder and fitness trainer who has perscribed my routine. This 8 week training block (March 1-May 1) consists of free weights and body weight exercises only.how does january and february's workout logs vary from the other months?
