What's your diet like
I am meticoulous when it comes to my diet. Later today, I will be posting my most recent food log in my JSF Journal.

Currently I am consuming ~2700 calories daily. My macro split is 40%Carbs/40%protein/20%fat. I get 272 grams each of protein and carbs and 61 grams of fat per day. Although this seems like not all that much, it is much harder to juggle the foods around to attain the macro split at the end of each day.

Chicken breast, Fish (salmon, tilapia, cod, tuna), Lean steak (eye of round), Turkey breast are my main sources of protein. Brown rice, barley, sweet potatoes, quinoa, cous cous and buckwheat are my main carb sources. I get my fats from almonds, olive oil salmon.

When I first started my healthy eating I made a huge mistake by avoiding fats in my diet. I quickly learned that fat (even saturated fat) is a very important part of our bodies nutrients. The brain needs fat to function and many fatty foods help with the production of testostarone which we men need a lot of. Add a hefty exercise and weight training routine and the numbers increase.

Wow dude nice work...

Awesome transformation! It's nice to see someone take some initiative to get healthy and fit. I have much respect for you and what you've done. Keep up the good work!

Hitting a plateau can be frustrating. I have been there myself. It can be as simple as switching exercises or timing of your meals. The way that I overcame my plateau was to cut out all extra sodium out of my diet. I ate meats without seasoning for the most part. A week later the scale budged and I once again was declining in the weight department.
