How do i wire this? :(

he means unscrew it from the box read the magnet cus it probally says the impedance then screw it back into the box
Meh well it doesnt really matter cuz i know they put out a 4 ohm load in the end lol. Guess ill blow up my car tomorrow morning by myself then i guess. All i have left to do is connect the power wire to the battery and then adjust the gain and what not.

haha well i'm from dtown, but i'm catholic too. anyways if you have a dmm i think i can help you figure this out.
LOL im from dtown as well. I live close to the HS. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

na i'm talkin bout testin stuff on the amp. the subs end up at 4 with how they are.

Does anyone here know about using 6 gauge instead of 4 guage for that amp? I dont see why 4 gauge is required like they say lol

well if it blows up we'll probally want a new thread, granted u have multiple pics of the deceased vehicle, just reminded me of this video on youtube where the speaker blew 5ft in the air from the ground

yeah speaker wouldn't make sense, that was a stupid question on my part.
meh, not really, i use to run 4 AWG for my speaker wire... a little over kill, but everyone thought it was bad *** //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Does anyone in this thread know what they are talking about, jeez. Just take the two wires that come out of the back of the box, and connect them to the amp exactly how it tells you to in the manual for the bridged mode. Because you are using a 2-channel amp and only using 1 channel (bridging combines 2 channels into 1) you have to use a y-splitter. The y-splitter takes the 2 channels from the amp and combines the signal into one when it plugs into the back of the head unit (or vice versa, takes 1 channel and splits it into 2). That way you'll get a 4ohm load from the amp to you speakers and everyone is happy. Yall are making this way too complicated.

You need one of THESE big spender... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Since your amp only has one RCA input (mono) and your HU has two (stereo), you will need this adapter to turn the stereo signal into a mono signal. Big ticket item bro.... $.60. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
